Jeanie Gorski, LMT, BS

NH License #1884M

Jeanie devotes a substantial amount of time to community service. Jeanie has been on the Board of Vision International Missions, a Christian mission organization, since 2014. She manages the office and leads at least one mission trip each year. Her first trip was in 2009 and her 14th trip was to Costa Rica in February 2025. She also is an active volunteer in the Café and as Mission Committee Chair at The Zeal Movement in Manchester. Through her various connections, Jeanie often finds herself matching donors of various goods and services with local and international ministries in need. All of this does not stop her from volunteering for various projects and special events when she is asked to help.

Previously, she served as President of the American Massage Therapy Association – NH Chapter from April 2014 – 2016, after having held various elected board and appointed committee positions in the chapter. Jeanie has volunteered with the Big Brothers/Big Sisters – Manchester Chapter, Chernobyl Children Project USA, and The Prouty.

When not working or volunteering, she enjoys spending time with her husband, Ted (who volunteers as a NH State Representative from Bedford), traveling, sewing, gardening and spending time with family.

Jacob (Jake) Dembow, LMT

NH License #8598

Jake joined TDFY on March 17, 2025 as a licensed massage therapist. He is a bodyworker driven to assist his clients in achieving lasting therapeutic change. He is skilled in multiple modalities including deep tissue and myofascial release, pre- and post-event sports massage, traditional and table Thai-style, and cupping. By blending and integrating these techniques into his practice, Jake designs sessions to address his clients’ individual needs.

Jake graduated from the Denver Integrative Massage School in Denver, CO in March 2024. Before his career in bodywork, he was a college football coach for over eleven years. He was an all-conference offensive lineman during his collegiate playing days at Marist College, serving as team captain in 2008. Jake graduated from Marist in 2009 with a degree in history and adolescent education, and again in 2015 with a Master’s in educational psychology. Following his collegiate career, he played professional arena football and worked overseas as a player-coach in Denmark and Norway.

Through his background in athletics, Jake has extensive experience in strength and conditioning, human movement, body mechanics, and stretch techniques. He recognizes and respects that everyone is unique and has individual concerns and goals. He strives to be a client-centered practitioner through communication and feedback, and individualized integrated sessions. Jake hopes to help clients identify the “whys” of their anatomy and physiology, and develop strategies that will leave them feeling their best.

Denise Gagne, LPN, LMT

NH License #8494

Denise Gagne joined TDFY on February 21st. Denise completed a 750-hour massage program at the North East Institute of Whole Health (Manchester, NH) in December 2023. She then quickly passed a required board exam and obtained her New Hampshire Massage License!

Denise's training at NEIWH included over 100 hours of treatments provided in the student clinic. This is a great way to get practice on a wide variety of clients and see how massage helps various physical manifestations of activity, trauma, stress, medical conditions, etc.--everything that makes your needs unique.

A Licensed Practical Nurse since 1998, Denise brings a full understanding of a medical approach to wellness along with the wholistic approach taught in most massage schools. She fully understands the benefits of problem identification versus treating symptoms. She knows the difference in overall health when a problem is identified, treated and the patient learns the self-care needed to manage it. Denise wants to treat each person as the unique individual they are and wants to consider the whole person--mind, body and spirit.

With her training in various fascial manipulation therapies, Denise expects to find the sources of tension and adhesions and to work them out for each person. Here is a personal statement on her approach to massage:

"I love the way massage aids in a healthy body, mind and spirit. Being an LPN, I wanted to try a different approach to helping people--in a preventative manner as a way to relax and ease tension and stress that can be a contributing cause to their ailments. I can give my clients the relaxation and comfort in their bodies that they deserve and know that I have helped them with greater awareness of their bodies. Even with deep tissue work, I know it results in a more comfortable body and expect to give my best effort in creating a positive experience for each client."
